2. ORDERING FROM US

STEP 1: Adding items to your cart

Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/or colour options. Select the size and colour you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button.

If a specific size or colour is currently out of stock or has been sold out please email or sms us for further inquiries.

If you want to add more items to your cart, click the "continue shopping" button.

STEP 2: Your cart

You can review the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "view cart" button at the top of the page.

To amend the quantity
Change the number in the "Qty" box
Select the "update order" button.
The bag will update your order.
To delete an item from your bag
Click the "delete" check box next to the item you wish to remove.
Click the "update order" button to update your order before proceeding to the checkout.
When you are happy with your selections, click the "checkout" button and complete your contact, delivery and payment details.

STEP 3: Contact & Delivery Details (secure area)

Our checkout will prompt you to enter your contact and delivery details. Once you have completed all the fields, please select the "submit" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct. If you are our member, please enter your username and password.

STEP 4: Confimation & Payment

It is important that you confirm your order, then complete the payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. You can insert comments to us about your order by typing into the box below "Add Comments About Your Order". After that click the button "Continue".

You can make a choice for your payment method. We provide transfer payments via Paypal.com and BCA.

STEP 5: Checkout

As part of our checkout process you will be able to check your order. We will send you via email an order acknowledgment, detailing the products you have ordered.

a. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order.
We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept
your order or you have cancelled your order.

b. We may refuse to accept an order:

i. Where goods are not available;

ii. Where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;

a. Delivery within Jakarta: Rp.25.000/ delivery. All deliveries within Jakarta will arrive within 3-5 working days (exclude weekends sat & sun).

4. CARING FOR LEATHER SHOES
Care of leather shoes is not just about making your shoes look good. It’s also about preserving to the life of your leather shoes.
CLEAN:
Remove dirt by cleaning with leather cleaner made specifically for smooth leathers. You can use saddle soap or a smooth leather shoe cleaner.

CONDITION:
Conditioning your leather shoes will help soften and moisturize the leather, and protect it from drying out and cracking. Certain types of leather, and shoes worn in dryer climates might need to be conditioned more often. Rub small amounts of conditioner into the shoe, until the entire shoe has been covered with conditioner and wipe after few minutes.

POLISH:
Apply the polish to a small, less conspicuous area of the shoe to test and be sure the color is right.

PRESERVE & WEATHERPROOF:
Weatherproofing your leather shoes will help to protect them from water and other elements
that can shorten the life of your shoes.
