FAQ

Question 1: if the shoes bought don't fit , can they be returned?

Answer 1 : No return policy. However, if the size doesn't fit, you can always exchange them to the other size wanted, with a conditions:
* Shoes are never be worn
* Exchange them latest 3 days after you receive them
* Shipping cost will apply to send the exchanged shoes

Question 2: can other purchases be exchanged?

Answer 2: Item(s) can ONLY be exchanged if they are received in a bad condition (only if they are factory faults) and if you claim within few days after you receive. 

Question 3: Can i repair my shoes or bags purchaced?

Answer 3: We can only repair certain damages. Some repairs might incur some fixing costs.

Question 4: If I don't see the sizes or colors I want, can I do special order?

Answer: If you don't see the items you want, don't hesitate to email us. If we have the skins/ leather that you requested, we will make them for you.
